How to Give - Join the Team!

We are on a mission to reach tomorrow's leaders today with the life-changing truth of Jesus Christ. God is constructing a team to accomplish this and you are invited to become a vital part of that team through financial and prayer support.

God considers those who partner financially with a ministry to have a share in the ministry. 3 John 1:8 says, "So we ourselves should support them so that we may become partners with them for the truth."

You are invited to become a partner today and have a share in the ministry of Chi Alpha at Stephen F. Austin State University.

There are two main ways to give:
  1. Monthly
    1. by Automatic Transaction
    2. by Check
  2. Special Gift
    1. by Check
    2. Online
GIVE BY MONTHLY AUTOMATIC CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

Currently, over 20% of our support team uses the automatic credit / debit transaction for monthly donations and they love it! Giving this way encourages accountability, cuts paperwork, and saves money. We invite you to give by automatic monthly credit/debit card transaction!
  1. Print and fill out a copy of our pledge form.
    1. Please note the section to the right titled Credit/Debit Card - include your credit card info here. 
  2. Download the Authorization Form and fill it out as well.  Use the following inside the box:  
    1. Missionary/Ministry Name:  Derrick Jackson
    2. Missionary/Ministry Account Number:  2758993
    3. Class:  00
    4. Amount:  Your intended monthly donation
  3. Please mail the completed Pledge Form and Credit Card Authorization Form to:  Assemblies of God, 1445 Boonville Ave., Springfield, MO 65802.
  4. All giving is tax-deductible. You will be mailed a receipt for tax purposes each time you give.
GIVE BY MONTHLY CHECK:
  1. Fill out a pledge form, either online or the printable version of our pledge form.
  2. Write check.
  3. Mail your first check and/or your pledge form to Assemblies of God, 1445 Boonville Ave., Springfield, MO 65802.
  4. All giving is tax-deductible. You will be mailed a receipt for tax purposes each time you give.

SPECIAL GIFT BY CHECK:
  1. Make a check payable to Assemblies of God and include our account #2758993 in the memo line.
  2. Write a short note indicating that you would like to make a "special offering" for Derrick and Ashley Jackson.
  3. Mail the note and the check to Assemblies of God, 1445 Boonville Ave., Springfield, MO 65802.
  4. All giving is tax-deductible. You will be mailed a receipt for tax purposes each time you give.
SPECIAL GIFT BY ONLINE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION:
  1. Fill out the online contribution form.
